I’m excited to announce the launch of an exciting, and potentially game-changing service for organisations and agencies who are strategy-savvy and passionate about customers.

Soothful (adj. truthful, faithful, soothing) cuts through the typical obstacles of qualitative research - long lead times and prohibitive costs - by blending best research practice with leading edge AI tools. I’ve lived and worked through successive eras of research and marketing. I’ve directly witnessed (and managed) the power of audience insight to hone brands, communications and products into hugely successful commercial outcomes (e.g. Orange).

I always insist on building research into brand programmes because I know the mistakes that happen and blind alleys pursued, when research isn't done. As an experienced research manager and practitioner, it’s been a frustration to me to see clients (and creatives) skip the use of primary research as a helpful and powerful development tool. However, I understand the reasons (...cost, time, complexity).
